Electric Ring Machine
Designed
for volume production and repetition work, machine
has the benefit of setting rings at high speeds,
main features are, auto ring vibrating system
which feeds rings to the indexing point, machine
can be supplied with rotating lower die holder
arm with elbow as an alternative to the fixed
vertical die holder and an electronic system
which allows the operator to set a single ring
or programme the quantities to be applied in
a continuous cycle. On request machine can be
supplied with cross Hair alignment light.
Machine has safety guard system to CE Regulations.
In addition REP can undertake to design and
manufacture any other systems to suit
individual customers production requirements.
i.e. special purpose tools, jigs and fixtures.
