Electric Hook Machine
Designed
for volume production and repetition work, machine
has the benefit of setting hooks at high speeds,
main features are, auto hook vibrating system
which feeds hooks to the indexing point, lower
die holder arm can be rotated to accommodate
difficult shaped work pieces and an electronic
system which allows the operator to set a single
hook or programme the the numbers to be applied
in a continuous cycle. On request machine can
be supplied with cross Hair alignment light.
Machine has safety guard system to CE Regulations.
In addition REP can undertake to design and
manufacture any other systems to suit individual
customers production requirements. i.e. special
purpose tools, jigs and fixtures.
