Electric Eyeletting machine
Designed
for volume production and continuous work, main
features are, it has the ability to set automatically
a row of eyelets in one operation, setting eyelets
at high speeds, vibrating eyelet feeding, auto
hole piercing, electronic system which allows
the operator to insert a single eyelet or to
programme the numbers to be applied in a continuous
cycle and a combination to punch and set varying
the distance between 12mm to 30mm. On request
machine can be supplied with cross Hair light.
Machine has safety pneumatic guard to CE Regulations.
In addition REP can undertake to design and
manufacture any other systems to suit individual
customers production requirements. i.e.special
purpose tools, jigs and fixtures.
