Pneumatic Eyeletting machine
Designed
for volume production and continuous work, machine
has the benefit of pneumatics for setting eyelets
at high speeds, main features are, automatic
material feed table, auto hole piercing and
auto eyelet feeding system. Machine is fitted
with a counter system which allows the distance
between each eyelet to be set between 5 - 100mm
plus quantity of eyelets needed per operation.
On request machine can be supplied with cross
Hair alignment light. Machine has safety guard
system to CE Regulations.
In addition REP can undertake to design and
manufacture any other systems to suit individual
customers production requirements.i.e. special
purpose tools, jigs and fixtures.
