Electric Eyeletting machine
Designed
for volume production repetition work and difficult
shape components this heavy duty machine, features
electrically powered, free standing, foot-operated
robust cast frame, auto Eyeletting feeding system
for high speed operation, rapidly-changed raceways
plus tooling, in combination with a large back
clearance of 255mm and positive vertical adjustment
of the lower die holder, which is capable of
accommodating posts up to 265mm high this accounts
for the REP 11’s versatility.
In
addition REP can undertake to design and manufacture
any other systems to suit individual customers
production requirements. i.e. special purpose
tools, jigs and fixtures.
