Treadle Eyeletting Machine
Designed
for bench mounting, the REP 10 is an ideal machine
for batch production and repetition work. Machine
is capable of setting eyelets at speeds limited
solely by operators technique, its main features
are, auto eyelet feeding system which frees
the operators hands in return the operator can
maximise concentration on the work piece, easily
changed raceways plus setting dies enables a
wide range of eyelets to be set with ease, from
2.0mm to 16mm barrel diameter and pneumatics
versions are available with either hand or foot
control.
In addition REP can undertake to design and
manufacture any other systems to suit individual
customers production requirements. i.e. special
purpose tools, jigs and fixtures.
